The Lady Wolves left no doubt this past Saturday as they dismantled the #1 ranked Lady Bears of Griffin by the score of 88 to 50.  The Lady Bears made it a game in the first quarter as they matched the Lady Wolves basket for basket to end the first eight minutes with a score of 18 to 16.  After the first, it was all Lady Wolves as they forced 28 turnovers and cruised to the victory and another berth in the 5A state championship game.  The Lady Wolves had a total team effort as Tory Ozment scored 14 points followed by Snoody Johnson's 11 points.  Audrey Weiner and Jessica Nelson chipped in 10 points each and Marissa Bruce and Rachel Dobbs contributed 9 points a piece.  It was great team victory that give the Lady Wolves a chance to play for its fifth state in the program's history.  The Lady Wolves have played in seven of the past nine state championships and won their last championship in 2015.
