The Lady Wolves dropped their first game of the season with a hard fought loss to the Lady Blue Devils of Norcross.  The Lady Wolves showed up in hostile territory this past Friday night as they played the host team in the annual Hawks Naismith Classic.  The game was a physical war and when the final buzzer sounded, the Lady Wolves endured a 56 to 63 defeat at the hands of the host Lady Blue Devils.  The game had many momentum swings and was a sterling test for the ladies of Buford, but missed opportunities early in the game and a terrible 3rd quarter in scoring doomed the Kelly and Gold.  Hopefully many lessons will be learned from this game to prepare the Lady Wolves in games to come.

See what the Gwinnett Daily Post had to say about this physical matchup below.

The Lady Wolves bounced back to their winning ways by posting a 54 to 42 victory over the Newton Lady Rams in the annual Gwinnett Daily Post Metro Atlanta Challenge this past Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Wolves used their pressure defense and fast paced offense to keep the Lady Rams off balance all game and which helped post their 8th victory this season.

The Lady Wolves will be back in action at the beautiful Buford City Arena this Friday Dec 21 as they take on the Lady Leopards of Banks County.  The action will begin at 6:00, so come support the Kelly and Gold of Buford.

GOOOOOO WOLVES!!!
