By administration 03/01/2024, 12:15pm EST

The Lady Wolves season came to an end this past Tues to the Lady Wolfpack of North Paulding.

The Lady Wolves never got started as the visitors from Dallas, Ga came in shooting hot and beating the Lady Wolves to offensive rebounds.  They also caused the Lady Wolves problems in taking care of the ball as turn overs plagued Buford early and often in the start of the game.

Even though they trailed the whole game, the Lady Wolves fought to the end and scratched back to tie the game at 60 each with 4.6 secs left.  When the game ended, the fans were left with another 4 minutes of play, but it would be the final 4 minutes of the season as the game ended with the final score of 69 to 74 in favor of the visitors.

Ava Grace Watson scored 36 in the losing effort, and Lydia Ledford added 10.

This gives the Lady Wolves a wonderful record of 24- 4 for the year and another region championship.

Great job ladies and we look forward to the upcoming years ahead.
